Resident Rates : 2025 (inclusive vat)*

Weekday nights are TZS 994,000 per night (Monday night to Thursday night).
2 nights at the weekend is TZS 2,170,000 (Friday & Saturday or Saturday & Sunday nights).
3 nights at the weekend is TZS 3,164,000 (arrive Friday depart Monday).
2 nights (1 weekend and 1 weekday) is TZS 2,142,000.
7 nights package is TZS 6,300,000.
** Each additional night is TZS 994,000 weekday or TZS 1,148,000 weekend.

Easter & Christmas Rates:

3 nights is TZS 3,444,000 and each additional night is TZS 1,092,000.

New Years Eve Rates:

2 nights is TZS 2,296,000 and each additional night is TZS 1,092,000.

Exchange rate used is TZS 2,800 / USD 1.

Arrival time : 2.00pm

Departure time : A later checkout time of 4:00 PM is allowed, unless there is a new guest checking-in same day in which case we will notify you of an earlier checkout time of 2:00 PM. You will be sent an email confirming this prior to your check-in.

Any special time requests can be emailed in advance.

Terms & Conditions

Rates are for each individual Villa, fully staffed on a self-catering basis.
To confirm booking, 100% payment must be received.
Maximum of eight people (including children) allowed to stay per villa. Any extra younger children must be requested through email.
Pets allowed if you make a special request by email, but please keep off all beds / furniture and keep under control in consideration of other people.
Please complete the Visitor Book on arrival as this is a requirement by the Hotels Act and Immigration Department. Note that passport numbers are mandatory so please have this with you. Every guest that is staying must complete. We appreciate if you assist the Villa staff and comply.
Please email if you wish a staff member to stay overnight in our staff rooms so we can prepare.
ADVICE : As the fridge freezer is battery powered, we highly recommend you take food and drinks already well chilled / frozen otherwise it will take a long time to cool everything quickly. In this way you will enjoy cold beers / wine immediately!
ASSISTANCE : We would be so grateful for you to bring back your empty bottles / cans to Dar es Salaam. In this way we help to keep Chaza Mwamba clean.
